Terms & Conditions

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum term of 12 months from the date of activation. The monthly fee is collected via direct debit on or around the same date each month. The base rate covers a single property; additional properties are charged at the applicable per-property rate and added to the same direct debit mandate.

All stated prices are exclusive of any applicable tax, which will be added at invoice where required by the client's jurisdiction. Prices displayed in EUR and USD are indicative conversions from the base GBP rate and may be adjusted periodically to reflect exchange rate fluctuations. Your invoice will be issued in the currency selected at sign-up.

By subscribing, you authorise Property Portfolio Suite to collect payments via direct debit. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee (UK) or equivalent local payment protections. You will be notified at least 5 business days before any change to the payment amount or date.

You may cancel your subscription at the end of the minimum 12-month term by providing at least 30 days' written notice. After the initial term, the subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Early termination within the minimum term will incur the remaining balance of the contract.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorised access, reverse-engineering, introducing malicious code, using it for unlawful purposes, or interfering with other tenants. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

The Property Portfolio Suite platform, brand, design, and underlying software are the exclusive property of Property Portfolio Suite. You retain full ownership of any property data, photographs, and documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Property Portfolio Suite provides a management and information platform only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users, nor for any decisions made based on information stored within the portal. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or service features. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The service is provided by Property Portfolio Suite Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales on 20 August 2026 under company number 17411633.
