About the founder

A Quarter-Century of Trust, Discretion & Property Oversight

Property Portfolio Suite was created for private clients who require absolute confidence in the management of their homes, estates, and property portfolios.

The platform was founded by a property professional with more than 25 years working within secure property, operational, and building management environments where accuracy, discretion, and trust are essential.

Beginning within CAD and technical property services in the late 1990s, the career progressed into specialist corporate space management consultancy supporting major international financial institutions. Responsibilities included the oversight of critical building intelligence and operational data across large-scale global property portfolios.

The information under management was relied upon daily by facilities teams, finance directors, senior executives, and international stakeholders, all requiring complete confidence in the integrity, security, and accuracy of the systems supporting them.

By 2010, the role had advanced into senior operational management, overseeing global client accounts and international delivery teams across the UK, South Africa, and India. The position demanded exceptional levels of accountability, organisation, communication, and client trust.

In 2013, a bespoke landscape and building maintenance company was established to serve high-value private residences and estates throughout the South West of England.

Over the years, clients entrusted the business with the day-to-day oversight of their homes and grounds, including property access, security systems, contractor coordination, estate maintenance, and operational management. These relationships were built on professionalism, reliability, discretion, and personal accountability.

Working closely with private homeowners and estates highlighted a common issue: while responsibilities were often shared between multiple contractors, advisers, and service providers, there was rarely one secure and organised system providing complete oversight and reassurance.

Property Portfolio Suite was developed to solve this.

Designed specifically for private residences and multi-property portfolios, the platform provides a secure and centralised environment where homeowners, family offices, estate managers, and trusted advisers can oversee every aspect of property management with clarity and confidence.
